It's been a week since I purchased ESO plus and originally it wasn't even activated until I emailed support a few days later. Even after activated I did not receive the crowns that came with the purchase. After emailing support several times and still no answer, I tried to log in to the site and found it won't take my username and password... So I am unable to purchase the Black Fredas sale items because of a lack of support from customer service... This is really unacceptable and Im amazed at how difficult it is to get an actual person to assist in solving the issue.
Is this how you treat paying customers who continue to support your lackluster game? I am really trying to be a patron here but your support team is really trying my generous patience....
