Unable to get access code emails

I need to login to my account, but to do so requires an access code. I havent been able to recieve any of the emails for the access code.

Yes i have checked spam folders, and yes i have checked junk folders, and pretty much every other folder in existence. Then i tried to contact customer support on the website only to need an access code to login and send a message there. Not exactly sure what im supposed to do when i can't login to anything but the forum.

    Try adding noreply@mail.elderscrollsonline.com to your senders white list if you got one in your email settings.
    Using a 'live.com' email address to fetch zenimax emails, never got a problem so far.
    ISP's email boxes are less reliable imho, as they sometimes 'blacklist' some domains, only god knows why.

    I have added that to my senders white list, and still no luck. Hoping i can get some support soon as again, i can't contact support directly without needing an access code.

    You should be able to contact support by using the "I can't log in" option.

    Where is that option, I also cant log in due to the access code not showing up .. yet I get all the other emails and can change my PWD .. this is so frustrating. I am disgusted with companies these days wanting out money but no giving any support

    To date I have not had my issue resolved. Please help me. I received 1 email form you guys and then nothing. I did respond with the appropriate info. Why wont anyone help?

    So I send you my cd code, I give you my access info to my account, you can see it comes from the same email address and still not a word from you on fixing my account problems. Not any help at all. What is wrong? Why wont you help ?

    I am in the same situation... For the past week, I received computer generated responses and false promises to send my issue to the "advanced" team. I feel extremely frustrated that I wasted hundreds of dollars on a game that refuses to let me play because they cannot resend the access code or change my email.

    This is really sad. I have the CD, I have the CD key, I had a user name and password and a working account at this address Joe@pb.net. I have been asking for help to get the access code to work at this address. Now I have no account, no user name and no password. I have been asking for help for over a month now and you guys have mostly told me to go away. What do I have to do to get my account back. You can look back and see the addy joe@pb.net was my account, if someone stole you have a responsibility to help me get it back. I can take a picture of my cd and cd code. What do you want from me? why wont you assist me? I am beyond frustrated and do not know what else to do? PLEASE HELP ME! How can you just ignore my requests?
