There are at least 2 bugged NPCs in Skalar's, one erroneously spawns on the 2nd floor behind a wall and the other also spawns upstairs but can't be talked to (I get an "out of range" message when I try talking to her). Both issues are fixed by logging out and back in, but that's one more loading screen (hopefully better after this patch).0 -
Petros✭✭✭Adjusted the cost scaling for Block and Sprint. These costs are equal to what they were before the Orsinium DLC for a VR16 character, and slightly cheaper for lower level characters.
