On November 6th, I sent in a bug report with the /bug function in the game. I received a response a couple days later, which I immediately thought was strange as I have never received a response for a Bug Report. The initial contact stated this was going to be sent up to the right people to look at it. I assumed whomever had it would be sending it and the information from the file up to the Devs or whatever team they have that looks at the Bug Reports.
A couple days after that I get an email from Customer Service stating there is nothing they can do because they don't handle Technical Issues.
Well No ***** Sherlock!! I didn't sent in a /Help request for Customer Support, I sent in a Bug Report detailing all the issues I had come across with my character with the resource issues and certain abilities costing more and stats not functioning correctly.
Of course, Customer Service can't help with that!
So no wonder the Devs aren't getting all the information and issues players are reporting in the game if the Bug Reports that are being sent in are going to the wrong place and they are assuming the wrong things are the cause of the issues.

This really needs to be looked into as to why our Bug Reports are going to Customer Service now. The possibility of issues like this coming up is the exact reason I take lots of screenshots of things I do in the game. But it's also no wonder you guys are having issues trying to find out what is causing these game mechanic problems.
