is a bit off topic of OP:No, instead new skills and mounted combat should be added. They made this player riding skill change and removed old horse feeding system to sell their crown store mounts. This needs to be reverted too.

For example, at the Stable you would have these options:
Bears: Speed +30%/Stamina +60/Carry Capacity +60.
Senche: Speed +60%/Stamina +30/Carry Capacity +40.
Guar: Speed +40%/Stamina +40/Carry Capacity +30.
Horses: Speed +50%/Stamina +50/Carry Capacity +50.
Carry Capacity could stack so that you'd get a total of +180 inventory space once all Riding skill types have been maxed.
I also realise that many players care the most about speed, which leaves Bears, Guar and Horses less desirable. So perhaps Stamina should get more meaning to balance this out. From what I've noticed with Stamina is that it doesn't really matter when it runs out, many times I've used up all my mounts Stamina and I can still continue to sprint. I believe that once you run out of Stamina on a mount you should stop being able to sprint, just like if you were on foot.

You must have really liked the old riding system. The problem with your suggestion is that you cannot buy those assorted mounts with in-game gold. Any solution that REQURES spending crowns is unacceptable.
...yes, like those.No. But new skills should be added like @Artheiron said.
Hey @Artheiron, check out my thread Advanced Mounts Overhaul (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/159507/advanced-mounts-overhaul-concept/p1) and it's sister thread, Tangible Mounts (http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/165659/tangible-mounts-advanced-concept)

I never played the game when the old riding system existed, I don't believe my suggestion is exactly mimicking that though.
I understand your point about the lack of availability of non-horse mounts. If only they'd put at least 1 of each type of mount available to obtain in game, this wouldn't be an issue.
I really do hate online game cash shops.
