Many games are FPS capped and most are capped to 60FPS (Hz), so ask yourself, is it worth spending extra for something that will be barely used?

I said no, but then again I have not seen the difference between a lower htz and a 144.
Depends on the cost, if you are getting a new monitor anyway, may as well if the cost isnt outlandish.
I would go for something with the lowest ms response rather than the highest hz
or go for both

FPS cap is 100.... and other minor reasons
I voted no.
I have a 144hz Asus monitor and originally ran it using 2x GTX570's (need to upgrade still lol) but what I found was that my cards would spin up a lot more when I had V-sync off and the monitor at 144. I kicked it down to 60hz, turned on V-sync and my cards have thanked me for it.
Just curious. I'm new to the whole MMO gaming and I'm wondering if a 144hz monitor is worth getting if you pretty much only play EsO?
IMHO, as long as you can still hit 60 FPS, more pixels is always better than a higher refresh rate.
