Honestly, I'm probably the worst person to give health and dietary advice. Just letting you guys know what foods are generally high in estrogen.I did not know that. Learn something new every day. What should a carnivore like me eat that provides protein that isn't fish or mushrooms?
I have been eating lot of chicken because the Dr said it was better for me than the red meat I usually eat. Plus some vitamins, and a daily 30 minute walk.
I live on a mostly Vegan lifestyle. Loads of fruit, nuts, vegetables and generally 15-20 bananas a day. I try and eat 10 minimum if I can for that awesome potassium intake. Stuff will make your skin shine better than any cream would do.
If I'm feeling snackish, I'll reach for some brazil nuts. These babies are miracle workers.. full of vitamins and minerals. Just a small handful will give you large traces of vitamin E and your daily intake of selenium, which helps prevent artery disease and cancers. It's also great for your swimmers if you're trying for a baby

I would still like to know who decided that we cant have Zena type fighting outfits.Why does it always have to be armor or robes? I am sure that not all people throughout history wore every inch of their body totally covered.Look at the shirts in Khenarthi's Roost. Xena's outfit actually wasn't that far off from what Greek hoplites actually wore... At least in terms of how much coverage it gave and what materials it appeared to be made of. I would like the option to change my body proportions more extreme. I really miss the character creation from Saints Row 3, where you could enlarge the balloons to a silly size, that when you ran around with your char, you could see them wiggle and dangle from side to side.
ESO has made it hard to make too ugly characters, or out of proportions - it is possible still, but to a very limited degree. My favorite character is till my fat green old orc in pink barbaric style lightarmor.
