Received a message that my c/card was out of date, tried logging in to update, received "You are logging in from a new device or browser message. Please input code sent to your registered email" message. Wonderfully easy except the email isn't being sent. I am trying to update so I can download Orsinium tomorrow. ???? Anyone have this issue?

Some of us grown ups actually do grown up stuff like forget, lose track of, or let life get in the way of life. Thanks for the helpful tip though...I'll make sure to remember that the next time I'm feeling not so grown up.0 -

1) Need to update CC information.
2) Cannot access account due to "new device", please enter code from email
3) Email has (still) not arrived, is not in spam folder
Before suggesting contacting support, which I actually assume has already been done, I do want to ask if you are sure you are checking the right email account.
