Not dumb at all! Progression raiding is the concept of getting the best gear through raids that you will have to slowly progress through with friends/guild mates.

And to elaborate a bit, the current version of it is the trials...Aetherian Archive>>Hel Ra Citadel>>Sactum Ophidium.
There is a new one being worked on @Tegah, if you didn't catch that.

I'm curious to hear from the players who voted no about why they think raids aren't important?
so just curious, do you mean like how in WoW, we would run heroics to get gear for Naxx to get gear for ulduar to get gear for ICC? i loved that progression, especially since it made Naxx a cakewalk when super geared
but then we would need there to be progression of crafting, where BoP recipes drop in those areas, that allow you to craft gear to get ready for next raid. that gear that you craft is BoP because it is only meant to give the crafters some love
to be honest, as my post above i mention crafting. they try to make crafting relevant and so if we do progressive gear then crafting becomes irrelevant does it not?

so can you craft someone BiS and everyone gets free BiS basically without trying?

sry i dont want to be forced into big raids grp to get best gear, i want to be able to get it solo whenever i have time to play and not waiting for a big full grp

-This game is taking from TES, a single player game and right now levels 1 - VR10 are by design single player with some group content. Even the newest DLC is single player motivated so, I'd like to be able to do some larger group things but until ZOS comes up with a grouping tool that solves many issues, I'd rather now see group content.
NOW...if and when the grouping tools (suggested fixes) work....sure...bring it on
but right now, it ends up upsetting more ppl than offering fun adventures and content because that type of content requires that you complete the last grouping area to be viable in the next and this game doesn't meet that design at all so far.

I understand where you are coming from but this is an MMO. Players are everywhere and guilds recruit all the time even now for trials. If you cant find a group its due to you not looking for a group of players to join.
That being said I do agree that the LFG system is long overdue on console and its one of the major changes they need to fix right away. Sometimes it makes you wonder how many people are even working on the game we all love so much.

It's for that exact reason that I wish they would ramp up the group content for lower levels. Really? Craglorn starts at v11? Sure, I can handle that at quite a lower level, but there isn't even good group content for the lower Veteran Ranks, when you're supposed to be done with the regular game and supposedly in the endgame.
