KhajiitsWhy argonians? just becouse they culture is difrent and they are native to swamp? FFS if you actually take your time to learn about their culture they have it deep and complex. Just becouse they do not look fancy it does not mean they are not mate.

You say racist as it would be something bad. I would wote bosmer - cannibals, ungrown and living on trees - atrocious race.

✭I feel bad for the Orcs the most. Whenever an Empire tries to start up and Cyrodiil's trying to get the other places to join, most of them all fight back, but all of them don't want to join - at least not at first, some fight tooth and nail just to do so.
Meanwhile the Orcs have been asking to get Orsinium to be recognized as an actual province and would willingly join the empire to achieve that. They never do get recognized.
Orsinium has been destroyed and rebuilt countless times, and is the smallest area out of any other race's "homeland".
Right now they're in the Daggerfall covenant with the Bretons and the Redguards, because High King Emeric promised the Orcs he would recognize them as a province after the war.
It doesn't.
Orsinium will be destroyed by the Redguards and Bretons once more, the place we'll be working on building in a month will be rubble by the time Skyrim takes place, and the New Orsinium by that time will be around the eastern part where Bangkorai is now.
But on the other hand...The Khajiit and Argonians have their unfairness too. The Argonians being enslaved by the Dunmer constantly isn't a nice thing, and about half of the Khajiit forms can never leave Elsweyr due to their quadruped appearance - they'd be mistaken for animals, not that the bipedal forms get much better treatment in certain parts of Tamriel due to their reputation as thieves, smugglers and assassins.
I could go into detail about the Khajiit but most of it is just my headcanon, but the moon phases could be as much a blessing as they are a curse to the Khajiit in some ways.1 -
