I use Igneous a lot both for the shield and the stamina return. Now I'll have this set, another 5 piece and 2 piece set. How about Malubeth the Scourger 2pc for a Sap Tank? After the beam procs you gain 30% healing as long as you stay withing 10m of the target.
That is what I currently use, and I like it a lot! Of course, something like Igneous would stack on top of that, which sounds awesome.

Wasn't there some changes so Effects still proc trough dmg shields in a update? Or was it just a few (not including malubeth scourger) ?
