    @Sublime, You should add that the pics you have in your first post are datamined pics and could be incorrect and not the final official versions. Until they show up on the PTS they cannot be verified as to how accurate the info in the pics actually is.

    When it comes stamina there is still the problem of a bunch of bugs (nothing new there) Like mighty not working against bosses ( it did once but a patch removed right away) or a good couple of class skills and ultimates still scaling of spell penetration, instead of armor penetration if that is highest.

    Which more or less leave a accurate reading of a functioning stamina build damage output on the lowered damage then what could have been, if they fixed these things then we could actually go back to arguing over it, with functional data to back up the arguments.

    While we are striving for equality between stam and Magic (making a magic hunding), can we also get a stam/weapon power version of Torugs Pact? Or, move the night mothers weapon power buff up to the 2 piece. Then 2h might be a bit closer to DW.

    ATTENTION!

    Hist Bark, along with all other crafted sets, HAVE NOT CHANGED! The misinformation about Hist Bark comes from a pretty old thread that was bumped up.

    My view:

    As a healer:

    -Julianos 5 pieces
    -Trinimac's 5 pieces
    -Maelstrom restoration staff

    -> wet dream

    As a tank:

    -> Pariah 5 pieces
    -> Footman 5 pieces (for eternity me seems...if the 5-set-bonus of Pariah is intended to replace the footman set -> just a big fail, Zenimax)
    -> shield is somewhat meh...

    Zenimax has still no clue what tanks want in this game....or they know it and just want to go on with the nerfing.

    Overall, I'm not too excited by any of the tanking sets. Pariah looks okay, but since tanks should ideally have their phys and spell resist maxed already (or close to it, buffed) it doesn't seem that great. Not to mention, since it's crafted it can't fill jewelry slots to help utilize two 5pc sets plus 2pc monster set. My tanking dream set is now 5pc Brands of Imperium and 5pc Trinimac (that is, assuming Imperium's dmg shield proc in turn procs Trinimac's heal/damage effect) -- damage shields and heals for everyone! The Hunt set might actually be amazing for NB tanks since I think our Shades count as pets, which would give you amazing sustain while you have your twin shades up.

    When it comes to Necropotence, shade does not count as a pet. I wouldn't expect too much if I was you.

    Umm, yea it does.. I got the bonus by summoning shades

    When did you test that ? This definately did not work prior to this update.
    If it does now...... omg, OP. Nightblade gets 8% Magicka for nothing, the shade is only 1 slot and I could still slot Magelight, because I don't need a 2 slot pet. I would have sooooo much Magicka compared to my Sorc for liddle effort.

    I don't believe this is working. Test again pls

    It's not OP. That's something like 4% damage increase I'd guess, for a V12 set with *** traits.

    I think it's meant that DK's cannot proc it if they are only casting the shield on themselves. However, if nearby allies get the igneous shield as well it could proc from those. It basically just doesn't proc from shields cast on yourself.

    Trinimacs Valor 5pc bonus
    10% chance when casting a damage shield on an ally to call down a fragment of Trinimac that heals allies and damages enemies for 3777 in the area. Can only occur once every 3 seconds.

    It says nothing about shielding yourself and allies so I assume Ignenous Shield will proc this effect.

    With a 4-man group, 10% chance with 3 allies comes down to 30% to proc the effect every Igneous cast.
    This might seem high but the effect is relative low in heal and damage value.

    On average casting Igneous shield will cause (3777 x 0.30 = ) 1133 damage and healing in the area.

    Trinimacs Valor seems like another addition to the large number of novelty healing sets that are completely useless.
    How many damage shields are there that we can actively cast on allies?
    And 10 % chance? It probably wouldn't be OP if it was 100 %.

    I admit ZOS designers have come a long way from 5 pc bonuses that "remove 1 negative effect, CD 15 seconds" (which still are in game, btw) to this, but still too many sets are by far too underwhelming.

    ZOS needs still a lot to do before a big consolidation of Vet ranks out and all sets at "level 50" can happen.

    Would not surprise me if
    the ZOS agenda to do that, and the big picture how to do that, is already written in stone.
    Only the speed of the pacing is open for what is do-able.
    The more whining about set changes, the slower the pace.

    In My Humble Opinion: it must include more than a little tweaking of the "old" sets to keep balance. (yeahhh all whiners unite)
    Those sets must first become "obsolete" for the endgame players before that can be executed (less whining from the end game players, so heavily dominant on this forum).

    Orsinium should have been Vet 18. That would have made "old" sets faster obsolete.
    But yeahhh.... the whining was ear deafening because of grinding issues.

    So the structural change goes slower..... because the grinding of new materials needed to be instant...

    Ah you're right, was thinking Igneous only gave yourself a shield, not allies as well. From my interpretation, as long as allies get a shield as well it has a chance to proc.

    I plan to use Trinimac's Valor on my magicka DK tank.

    I use Igneous a lot both for the shield and the stamina return. Now I'll have this set, another 5 piece and 2 piece set. Before I was stuck with either sub-vr16 jewelry or Willpower which was nice, but didn't give me much that I actually needed for my build. I much prefer the magicka recovery and the damage/heal is a nice little bonus.

    Might also be a decent set for DK healers since they keep Igneous a lot for the healing bonus, although they will miss the spell power from Willpower more than my tank.
