Someone told me that in every major city there is a place you can use to change your skill points...is this true? And if so, what are the cities? For instance, I am in Daggerfall, is that a major city?

- Elden Root in Grahtwood (AD)
- Wayrest in Stormhaven (DC)
- Mournhold in Deshaan (EP)
You simply use a rededication shrine there, pay the gold and you can respec.0 -
