Change Skill Points

Someone told me that in every major city there is a place you can use to change your skill points...is this true? And if so, what are the cities? For instance, I am in Daggerfall, is that a major city?

In the alliance capital.

So go to Wayrest.

It's the capital city of each faction.. So for you it would be Wayrest

EP - Mournhold

You're in DC faction. There's a rededication shrine in wayrest ( which should be the city in your 2nd zone, stormhaveb)

Depending on your Alliance, the closest city would be:
- Elden Root in Grahtwood (AD)
- Wayrest in Stormhaven (DC)
- Mournhold in Deshaan (EP)

You simply use a rededication shrine there, pay the gold and you can respec.

And you can do this an unlimited amount of times? What is the cost?

50 gold per skill point you reset. So if you have spent 50 skill points, it's 2,500 gold.

It is 50g per skill point used.

You also have the option to reset only morphs, which is cheaper.

It's not always necessary to reset everything.
