· [COMPLETE] EU megaservers for maintenance – February 23, 9:00 UTC (4:00AM EST) - 17:00 UTC (12:00PM EST)
· [COMPLETE] ESO Store and Account System for maintenance – February 23, 4:00AM EST (9:00 UTC) - 12:00PM EST (17:00 UTC)
The maintenance is complete, and the PTS is now available.

Please let us keep our characters in future PTS updates.

In the past when there has been updates to the PTS, our copied characters were removed and we are only able to use the template characters to test things.

Please copy our characters (or leave the ones we have on there) with each patch. This makes testing and comparing to what is currently on live a lot easier.

    They are removed because both NA and EU take turns having their live characters copied. Not enough room for both.

    Yes, as Tinythinker said, they can only have one set of characters on the PTS at a time.

    So we need to be nice and take turns. :-)

    Yeah but the NA players never get to test out the new item sets on their own toons.
