It's a two-way street of course. Ultimately WE are the paying customers and can tell them to stick their lore-breaking costumes where the sun don't shine.

6-8: Doesn't bother me.

Lore, quests, and storyline are the only reasons I play the game.

But sometimes it feels like my fellow lore enthusiasts are extremely fragile when it comes to suspension of disbelief. I kind of find that strange and contradictory since Roleplaying in its essence requires one to be able to have a strong imagination. Yet the crown store items can break through that so easily?

Certainly there are limits, and those limits are different for everyone. I guess a lot just have very low limits. It would be great if the holiday items were geared more toward the Tamriel holidays rather than real-world holidays, I'd certainly support and appreciate any attempt toward that, but it's not really a deal-breaker for me, it's simple for me to just realize they're non-canon, like every other player I see in the game world, since we're not all the vestige in every player's perspective.
