Will Martial Knowledge drop on V15 or V16?

Darlon✭✭✭✭✭Opened a chest in kings crest cavern and got v14 martial knowledge breeches (char is v15).
I did get some random v15 (white, non set) pieces from those chests.0 -

✭✭They've indicated that Worm Cult, Savior, Ebon, and the other dungeon BoP sets won't be scaling, but have given no indication that Martial Knowledge, Adroitness, and others will also be left out. In fact, they're including VR14 Adroitness with the VR14 templates, which I'd take as a strong indicator that it will scale in vet CoH (all the way to vr16). As far as Martial Knowledge is concerned, I'd assume that if the chests scale higher, MK will too, but we'll see.Opened chest in cyro and got v14 MK piece. My char is vet16, so no - MK set won't scale to v15/16.
Btw, was this in a delve or out in the open?

ChefZero✭✭✭✭Guys, ZOS didn't nerf old set's like MK, they nerfed dmg on set's overall. I will stack max magicka and use Molag Kena and Scathing Mage. No way to get more dmg on magicka builds.PC EU - DC only0 -

ZoS did NOT update the AP vendors in Cyrodiil with VR14 sets either. The new set bonuses.. are.. frankly shineys with a specific use, a cool short-term pet or effect, and not a lot of bang for over-al power or play.Remember how it felt to get that Pez dispenser as a gift? Then how it felt to have to go buy the refills? Yeah, kinda like that. How long it will take players to figure that out and REALLY start to DEMAND the old sets back? Who knows...
Personally, I am willing to bet, that the armor sets for IC were designed, not to replace, but to provide a break in the progression of those sets. Once the newness wears off, with the Orcsinium release, they will update the Cyrodiil AP vendors with VR16, armor and jewelry, (or whatever max level will be then), to give AvA players a reason to collect AP again. (Sorry ZoS, will believe you are not raising cap when it launches.) Maybe then the dolman/cave bosses and chests will burp out VR16 sets too.Power level to CP160 in a week:

Correction: Overwhelming surge is not a tel var set. It is a randomly dropped Dungeon set that you can get in at least White-Gold Tower, but perhaps also the Imperial Prison.
