Do you just need either the v15 Rejera or v16 Repora potency runes and the Hakeijo essance rune to craft one. Or do you also need a aspect rune and if so what is the name of the aspect rune.

✭O.o ehem...you always need an aspect rune, but the aspect rune is basically up to you.
Ta (white)
Jojota (green)
Denata (blue)
Rekuta (purple)
Kuta (yellow)
Now considering that the Hakeijo essense rune cost between 55k - 80k per rune, it would be a waste not to use the best aspect rune Kuta for that glyph.1
