✭O.o ehem...you always need an aspect rune, but the aspect rune is basically up to you.
Ta (white)
Jojota (green)
Denata (blue)
Rekuta (purple)
Kuta (yellow)
Now considering that the Hakeijo essense rune cost between 55k - 80k per rune, it would be a waste not to use the best aspect rune Kuta for that glyph.
