I work full time and manage to work out/have a real life outside of the game and still have a almost complete sets from vWGT. If it takes 2 weeks to farm the one instance and another 2 weeks to farm the second, I think 1 month is a very reasonable investment into gear that could last for 2 patch cycles which is 6 months (really 5 months since we farm for 2).
Maybe I'm wrong but that's my 2cents.
It would really be nice if @zos would give an update to increased loot drops from these dungeons.
I have spent 2 weeks with multiple runs daily to farm the gear sets that drop from these dungeons. The problem I am having is the drop rate is so incredibly low, that farming these dungeons has become all my game time has been devoted to. When did this become Elder Scrolls Grind Until Your Eyes Bleed? I understand that there should be some sort of grind being new content and what not... but this is absurd.
Trials has become obsolete, and I feel like I should just make a long term PvP set with easier to get gear and just PvP. The new PvE content is dying rapidly as well as a lot of the player base (from my perspective). Old PvE content can only be ran so many times before it gets old as well.
Anyone else have thoughts regarding the state of the game and gear drops being almost impossible to get?

Sounds like you want your gear NOW and then complain there's nothing to do while waiting for the next DLC.

Running an entire dungeon and no one getting any loot, let alone loot they can use shouldn't happen imo.
A temporary fix until ZOS look into it was to increase the loot from chest drops, which I still think dungeon chests should have more than the district chests considering it's double* the trophies needed and they are bound.
@ZOS_RichLambert any news for the loot drops though?

Don't the pieces also come in varying traits (-.- )? It is such an extreme grind if you want the "good" gear versions.
I think being able to trade items within your group and making the veteran vault room guarantee 3 or 4 pieces of gear would help a lot, especially if you are one of those people who get the piece someone else wants and they get whatever you want. I certainly have that happen to me a lot.
I think the drop rate is the same as the other veteran dungeon set pieces and I mean, how many times have all of us not done those for pledges? I've only been able to complete two of the three sets (those being Ebon and Saviour), plus a few of the weapon sets, none of which are any good, but all require an enourmous amount of A ) Luck with RNG and B ) bucketloads of time.
Some of the new sets are great, but if they don't change the droprates and such, most people will not have a full set for the next 6 months, lol.
