You can get natural bacon. Although it is still as unhealthy as the cured kind.

The Orsimer have actually developed one of the most brilliant inventions to this end. Only certain types of wild boar grow large enough for this particular use, and it is rumored that seeking out such swine was a contributing factor to the Orsimer diaspora.

First, they cut the bellymeat off and shave it down into a cylindrical or conical shape. Then they skewer it on a spit (but NOT over a fire!) which can rotate freely in its sockets. Using a system of rawhide belts, gears, and push-treadmills, the warriors work together to get the meat spinning at extreme velocities like how an unnecessarily complicated lathe might do. Finally, the Carver approaches with a specially-forged knife that can cut in strips, much like a cheese slicer. They press the knife to the turning flesh (making sure the direction of the turn is AWAY from them, of course) and drag it along the length. As it spins, the knife carves out a great strip in a continuous stream, so long as the Carver keeps the blade moving at an even pace. A carver's skill is measured by the number of distinct meat ribbons they create, with one single strip being considered "pretty good".

The strips are then fried in very long metal searing trenches to accommodate their length, and each hunter is allowed exclusive privilege to the "Long Pig" that they personally downed. Sometimes a new, bigger searing trench must be commissioned from the Forge Wife on account of acquiring an especially large hog, and a party is held in the hunter's honor.

Btw (not bacon but ESO food related), I found some of these "Orcish Bratwurst on Bun" recipes, is "Bratwurst" also a word used in the English language? Because that's a German word.. like Sauerkraut, or Gesundheit, or Kindergarten (which are used by Americans). I'm German myself, so I'm just curious^^

Bratwurst is used all over the world because bratwurst is the name of a specific type of German sausage so the word doesn't get translated. Just like pepperoni is an Italian word but is still peperoni in German, or Bolognese doesn't translate, and snickers would still be snickers in German, and so on.

Actually, Bratwurst although used in the UK is not especially well known. And Snickers was changed years ago from Marathon (yes, I'm old enough to remember (and prefer) Marathon bars!).

Although many German words (or word parts) crop up in English because of the routes of the language.

As for the American language... the whole world knows they use terms for all sorts of things that have no baring on anything except marketing. Try offering a French Fry to a French national and you would get knocked out with a garlic string ;)

First you are going to need 10 Bacon recipe fragments from Provision writs, only droppable from level 9 crates because that is what ZOS seems to be doing nowadays.
Difficulty scaling is desperately needed. 9 years. 6 paid expansions. 25 DLCs. 41 game changing updates including A Realm Reborn-tier overhaul of the game including a permanent CP160 gear cap and ridiculous power creep thereafter. I'm sick and tired of hearing about Cadwell Silver&Gold as a "you think you do but you don't"-tier deflection to any criticism regarding the lack of overland difficulty in the game.

I agree, it does taste very similar to ham, but it is very different.

Canadian bacon is from the pork loin or in some brands the sirloin, whereas ham is from the hind quarters and leg of the pig. Canadian bacon is salted and cured, but ham is not.

Oddly enough Canadian bacon is healthier for you than ham, it contains fewer calories, fewer carbohydrates, has more protein and more sodium than ham.
