Issues with update?

Hi Guys,
Sorry if these questions have been asked, I've just come back from a few days away to see the new ESO update and had a few issues which I can't see any obvious mention of.
1. I've lost most of my skills and just have a big bundle of points?
2. I repurchased the skill that grants you 40% major expedition (can't remember the name) but it doesn't seem like I'm as fast I was before?
3. Not sure if this is related but will ask anyway. I no longer appear to be a member of a guild (no worries as it wasn't very active) and it looks like the two racial motifs I had for sale in the guild store have just vanished?! Anyway to recover them?
4. Just a question this time, what are tar velon stones (am I saying that right?)?

✭Answers:
1. With the new patch, Zenimax changed some skills. To be fair toward the players, they gave a free respec to everyone.
2. I don't know.
3. You were probably kicked from the guild. When you are kicked from a guild and you have items for sale, you get a mail returned with the items saying "Item expired" those mails have an expiration date of 30 days, so if you have been gone for longer than that - it may be the cause of the disappearance.
4. They are called Tel Var Stones, and function as a currency in The Imperial City DLC.

I've checked my mail and I do indeed have my racial motifs back! As you mentioned, not too disappointed about losing my skills (I was planning on paying the 2g in the near future) but glad to know it's not just me!
