Sorry to say this but i sent 2 ticket is the last 2 week and both times "Kenzie" answered to me. Same mail. Both times.

Once. when the patch came out i wasnt able to log in with my main and my vr14 templar. So i asked for a character reset. The answer was this:

"Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance."

Secondly i wrote yesterday a ticked again to grant me back a lost bank item. Answer was again this:

"Most in-game UI issues (including NPC, quest problems and missing crowns/entitlements) can be resolved by logging out for five minutes then back in which will load you into a new game instance."

Same mail 2 times. Since that i was able to log in with my chars and looklike i fixed it but this is still no okay. :/

    Suggest you edit the "Name and Shame" part and reach out to a Admin and ask for advice.

    Yea the Support is a absolute joke im still waiting for my eso+ crowns -.-

    So the advice you were given about relogging fixed the problem you were having?

    No. I dont know what helped but not that. I updated my vga driver and set every setting into low. and after 5-6 -t gamefreeze with low settings ti finnally logged inn with my dk. My templar was also still unaviable but after 10th freeze i finally logged in with her too.

    But the lost bank item wont come back with relogging if i acciently dc-ed it :((((((

    If you deconned it, you destroyed it. That's not "lost" that's user error, no reason they should fix it for you.

    Well then, I would recommend replying to their response and asking for escalation/hope for a different CS rep. A different one may give you a different response. I remember one guy on here, kept putting in tickets until he got a rep that would help him.
