Fire resistance question for vampire

So I'm running a dunmer NB vampire and with the new buff to vampire fire vulnerability (25%), how much fire resistance should I invest in? I understand that I have my fire resist racial passives, but they only give me a flat number when I look up on my character sheet. With all 3 tiers of that passive active, how many CP should I put into elemental resistance to negate most, if not all of the fire vulnerability associated with being a vampire? It's hard to do the math when I'm looking at a combination of flat numbers and percentages. Is there a hard cap on elemental resistance and if so, what should I be aiming for?

30 point's into elemental defender give's you 10% fire resist.Reduction at [x] Champion Points Invested

Bloodgharm✭✭✭Thanks. So if I were to just max out my dunmer passives and get 18% fire resists from elemental defender (roughly 60 CP), that would be enough to negate being a vampire?0

✭✭@Bloodgharm Yes for PC (25% with imperial city). No for Console (still 40% until imperial city drop's).
You gotta remember fighter's guild skill's still destroy you. Watch out for those still!
