What these people doing this don't realize or care about is generally you have 0 Tel Var stones....
Last night I was with a small group in the Arboretum District and a large blue group was killing the players coming in there. We had already deposited our Tv Stones so when we dropped down they mowed us over and only gained AP. They continued to farm us as we respawned in that area which wasn't a big deal as there was 0 Tv loss. Large farming groups are really only hurting themselves like this. You get minimal stones and loot the bigger the group.

Disagree. There is already a place on the balconies where players can be safe from damage. If a player chooses to inch to the edge so that they can fight enemies below them, then the should be subject to the same punishment that they dish out.
When I say "should", I mean that's what's intended in-game, not that it's a feature I would like to see. Putting it another way, all of those areas are supposed to have Chain Pull Suppression. I'm just not sure whether it's actually happening or not.Personofsecrets wrote: »"All of those areas should have Chain Pull Suppression. Whether they actually do or not is another matter. No small group killing everything in sight (sometimes before you can even load in) and no cheating. Why did they think it would be different in this game than any other game with open pvp? Again more cluelessness from ZOS dev team. I dont know if they were so naive they thought people would play relatively nice or just incompetent.
District safe zones work slightly differently - there's an AOE Sanctuary at your alliance Rally Point (the respawn area where the ladder comes out) which is quite small, but works fine; and there's certain places in most districts which have Sanctuary inside them. All of those interior Sanctuaries except one have a separate exit which leads to a Sanctuary-infused balcony, so there's no timed Sanctuary on the entry door.
Then it's a guarantee those doors to the quest locations will be the next spawn location camped by these jerks . Because the same situation applies - you're either zoning in or out, and you are completely vulnerable while doing so.
Incidentally, if there's supposed to be a safe zone at those spawning locations? I'm not sure they are working - I've been killed by AOEs up there.

Already happened to me today, raid standing in entry of safezone (there is a safezone where there is only one entrance/exit). They did not let anyone enter but killed them. Got killed 10 times, no tv or anything on me. I was questing my pve dk tank to VR16. After whispering one of them and telling him their behaviour seems to be rather *** and that they are wasting my f**** ambrosia atm they apologized and went away.
How braindamaged are these people. In a 30 man raid standing on one spot and annoying other players for an unbearable amount of time. Worst thing is people are forced to do all the stuff because they nerfed our sets back to VR12 and now we have to get the new parts for our VR14 (now VR16) values. This is not advancement but getting back to where you came from while a bunch of bored zergers grief you.

Because most of them already do. It is my assumption from that that the ones which do not, if there are any, are bugged.Personofsecrets wrote: »What makes you feel as though those areas were designed to have chain pull suppression? When I say "should", I mean that's what's intended in-game, not that it's a feature I would like to see. And once again, a guildie tells me on Haderus we have EP players camping the AD Cyrodiil IC sewer entrance. They are camping right inside the "tube" entrance where the door is.
ZOS, you HAVE to do something about this. Anyone going to those sewers has paid money for the DLC - to be locked out of content they have paid for because of the horrid behavior of other players is unacceptable. This needs to be fixed ASAP - it really should be a top priority. How it can be OK for people to be unable to experience the content they've paid for is beyond me.

At the very least you would assume that the entrances would be manned by NPC's similar to the way that each alliances gates are. No one camps an other alliances gates for too long because of the manpower involved. Camping a small entrance though .....
In MMO terms, it's like each alliance found this wonderful and strategic resource - entry into the Capital city of Cryodiil - but all decided that it wasn't worth guarding!

It's disconcerting that we haven't heard anything from ZOS in terms of these camping issues, other than tweaking the Sanctuary buff (which I, frankly, don't think is the solution, given it has some serious issues, namely the inability to stealth while buffed.
And, to make the list complete - Trophy Door camping is ALSO a thing now.
So basically: IC quest locations, ingress/egress locations both outside in Cyrodiil and inside the Imperial City both above and below ground, trophy doors, ANY location where people have to come and go, are now being camped.
ETA: Ummmmm..... I just read the Patch Notes. @ZOS_BrianWheeler did I just miss it, or did the loading screen fix not go in today?
Trophy Door camping is fine. I have no issue with that. I tend to just run there and dance if I'm going to get ganked again.
