Tips for PVE players in IC.
1) Go full health and heal/tank build with LOTS OF MOBILITY AND STEALTH. SPAM ONE AOE DAMAGE SKILL.
2) Join a Zerg and stick to them like glue
3) Everytime you find yourself on your own and you see a zerg coming towards you...do the following.

I don't care what YOU want, i am whining about IC here we are all filled up on crazy ty

Can't always experience a successful tv stones accumulation. You win some, you lose some. I lost a few thousand stones a few times now, but I also make it up with my spoils and also end up a good positive net at end of the day. I'm a PVE player but considering if got 27k stones and creeping up, I understand the risk vs rewards in IC as it was intended that way.
I've seen your posts, and it really seem like this won't be a game for you.

What? I feel like you're trying to communicate, but don't quite understand how to go about it.

Oh and yeah 80% TV stone loss removes all semblance of fun from pvp, so fyi devs that needs to be dropped to about 10% max.

The UI will show you the amount of Tel Var Stones you carry, as well as your current Tel Var Stone gain multiplier. The multiplier rewards you for taking a risk and carrying all those stones with you. The multiplier increases the amount of stones you get from monsters (but not player characters.) It's based on the amount of Tel Var Stones you carry. Here's a rough break-down of how it works:
When you carry more than 100 Tel Var Stones but less than 1,000, the amount of stones you get from monsters in the Imperial City is doubled.
When you carry more than 1,000 Tel Var Stones but less than 10,000, the amount of stones you get from monsters in the Imperial City is tripled.
When you carry more than 10,000 Tel Var Stones, you will get four stones instead of one for every stone you loot from a dead monster! You crazy risk-taker, you.
Going back to the example above: If you kill a boss monster worth 500 Tel Var Stones with a group of four friends, and you are already carrying 4,000 stones, while your friends have 600, 100, and 10 respectively, you will earn 375 stones, while your friends will get 250, 250, and 125.

Actually, that is an amateur tip.

The thing is, if you stick with it you will "l2p". When justice came out, people were bad at it and lost money. Over time though people got better and it became a decent money making system for those who learned the tricks.
The info in this thread is geniunely useful http://forums.elderscrollsonline.com/en/discussion/212691/l2p-imperial-city-like-a-boss-tips-and-tricks

Hint for you: most PVEers never or only rarely PVP and I happily admit I suck at it because I don't enjoy it and don't do it .. hating PVP has nothing to do with expecting "collecting TVs to be extremely easy" when in reality the situation the OP is talking about seems to be typical PVPer ganking rathther than PVPers looking for 'fair fights' where they could conceivably LOSE!
I hate the idea of IC. I despise the fact they are forcing PvE player's to PvP for new gear. Yes I know you can buy the new gear or mats but who wants to pay money for a DLC to not experience the content and just buy their gear? Buying gear is just as bad as someone just giving it to me, I want to earn my reward not have it given to me because I have enough gold.I hate How all PvP is in this game is a "gang" of people farming those with less numbers or ganking unexpected PvE people that are used to a controlled engagement with NPC's, not surprise attacks from a bunch of sadist looking to teabag you because they "owned" you when in reality they only "owned" you because they outnumber you. I will never step foot into the PvP area of IC but I will be buying the DLC for the very little PvE material added. There is a lot of potential with this game but you need the right people to realize it.
