From the 2.1 patch notes:
Drain Essence: This ability now restores 10% of your health every second, and stuns your target on activation. It can be used on CC-immune targets, and can be used all the time (it no longer activates the Feed debuff).

Is the skill actually
missing health, or "your health", as in total health, like stated in the patch notes? These are very different numbers.
Is this skill affected by battle spirit, as to make it only heal 5% in Cyrodiil? Is that also affecting Dragon Blood in the same way?
I have not had a chance to test this skill myself, can anyone clear this up with what it's
actually doing and if that's what it's supposed to do?
Are the morphs the same? One ultimate generation, and one major expedition for 17 seconds? I heard someone on live say it was switched to minor expedition.
If the skill does work off of missing health, is each tick smaller than the one before? Ex, have 20k/30k health, 10k missing = 1k heal, bringing you up to 21k with 9k missing so tick 2 head for 900, tick 3 for 800. If this is how it works, that heals for less than 10% total health over the course of 3 GCDs. Even if it's not retroactive, it's only a 1% difference.
Is it interruptable by the victim? I imagine break free will break the channel, but does that count as an interrupt?
So many questions.
Thanks for any and all input or info.
