On the current PTS build (2.1.2.1200714), given the steps supplied *and* our internal reproduction steps, we failed to reproduce the exploit. Would you be willing to test and see if you can still get the exploit to happen on PTS, and if so, if you had to adjust your procedure to do so? If you do need different steps, could you PM them to me in addition to posting up your results here? Video in addition to the procedure can be helpful if you have the means to gather it

NOW, can you guys get rid of the mist form exploit that people are using on live (cant say who but will send videos if you wish) that allows them to mitigate 97.5% damage without ever using mist form.......
... but it appears a slight global cooldown was added to the power overload change states that was enough to prevent you from toggling magelight on.

@Ezareth - Just to clarify, no global cooldown was added as it was a pure code fix. If you're seeing "hitching" or something else, could you make a video or reproduction steps so that we can investigate?
Ohh and while I have your attention I should mention I discovered that the 1H + Shield passive "Deflect Bolts" is only providing 14% Bonus mitigation on projectiles (exactly) instead of 15% like the tooltip reads.

We'll look into it and try to reproduce. Given the timing..it will probably have to be fixed in an incremental and not with the Imperial City update. No promises on timing either way, but we'll verify it, and if it's an issue, get it in the queue.
@ZOS_RyanRuzich I am able to replicate this exploit all day long with no issues on live........ I can do it just from muscle memory..... without even thinking about it. PTS.......doesnt work.....
