Imperial Motif

Motifs, even the "rare" ones, aren't that hard to find. I find multiples of the common ones every day, and at least one of the "rares" every day. You don't have to be a veteran or in a veteran zone in order to find them either. Level does not matter, and location does not matter.

Banks, containers, instances, houses....etc. You literally have hundreds upon hundreds of opportunities each time you log in to find one.

It drops in all zones, just rare as hell and now will be in Yellow/Gold colour.

Primal, Barbaric, Ancient Elf and Daedric will be Purple.

Motifs 1-9 will be Blue.

I once found an imperial motif, I kept in on one of my characters, along with all the other motifs. A week ago I realized that it was gone

I found the motif in the bank in Vulkhel Guard, with a lvl 8 character.

Yesterday I found an Ancient Elf and Daedric motif in the same drawer, in a house in Glenumbra, when I took the loot and looked in my inventory, I had only the Ancient Elf motif. I hurried and learned the style, checked to see if it even worked etc. it did ...just a shame the Daedric motif dissapeared.

Some time later, near a fort, also in Glenumbra, I saw a chest ....ran up to it, the chest dissapeared. I ran back and the chest was there again, ran quickly to it - it dissapeared again.

I'm starting to believe there are ghosts in this game

I found one in Rawl'Kha(non-vet) bank and one some where in Wayrest(vet level).
I believe the one in Reaper's March was about 2 patches ago and I wasn't looking for it. The one in Wayrest I kind of went looking for a few days ago since a friend told me he found one there. I just don't remember what building it was in?

Found one from a chest in a random imperial camp vr10 and vr10 version of bankorai... but that i slike two of them since pre-launch lol.

Drop rate is fine with it being really rare drop.

Technically it can drop anywhere that is related to where motifs drop... but not sure about the tendency vs low level zones and vr zones.. it is to rare to predict where it would drop.. and from what at current point.

I think that I had this happen to me with an Ancient Elf. Just disappearing from my inventory.
