delushin✭✭✭It should be added as a Provisioning item that with a super rare recipe, like really rare, I mean as rare as things use to be in trying to get them to the point where there could be only a small amount of people to have it.
Then you can manufacture it and sell it for heaps of gold, not sure how you promote the use or what effects it could give as I can't remember the rating of ESO anyways. Its not a bad thing though I mean H1Z1 has swizzle which gives you a positive boost and is pretty much a drug. People will be against it and get really angry but you can then ask or campaign the same for alcohol or panadole - BUT THEY ARE LEGAL! ... As soon as you take that stance then your argument is null.

This is probably true. Plus this stuff is like catnip to the Khajiits. If it were added I would try my best to ignore it like I did in the other games.

VilhelmValhalla4✭✭✭Yes!!! If they handle it like in Morrowind, then smuggling skooma should make the player unable to buy or sell to honest merchants. That, plus a mechanic where certain types of guards detect contraband and put a bounty on the player; you have a great risk/reward system that is engaging and fun!0 -
