Issues Connecting to Console Megaservers - Info Requested

At 21 pages, ZOS has more than enough information to make a corrective action, particularly when you consider that they can compare to the EU console servers which are not having this issue.

This pretense of collecting information, while ZOS remains unresponsive is not acceptable. Examine the NA server versus the EU server. The problem obviously relates to accessing information stored on the sever on login and during loads.

Could this be an issue of server loading? Push up the maintenance if needs be.

so i just got a private message from ZOS saying that i am inciting anger in this thread - lmfao

they have plenty of time to remove posts and random things as such but no time to actually fix the game

now i know it is two different departments but this goes back to what we are saying - you know we cant play the game, you know we are exceedingly upset - and what do you do? troll the thread and start trying to ban people....wow...

sub cancelled. this situation is being handled worse than if EA ran the game - they got 2 golden poo awards for a reason but you guys...wow..keep compounding the issue guys...way to work it..

Ever since I've done these, I've had no problems traveling. Previously I would get booted any time I tried to travel. I've been problem free for the past two hours (fingers crossed).

No issues to report other than one character still stuck in a delve... however... looks up and running as normal here... multiple logins on multiple characters... could you please reset character "Glamournutz" to Glenumbra, and Ill give you the full scoop!

Seems stable for me finally.

With only a couple connection errors I was finally able to log in my wife's account on Xbox, and play without problems. Switched back to my own account, and again, initial connection problems, but after 2-3x finally got in. No problems since, even with logging out and in.

It seems there are some back-end fixes going in, and login servers are starting to catch up. Keep trying guys, and keep working ZOS, you've still got a long ways to go.

Edit: stable for about 2 hours as of this posting.

Which console are you on? Xbox One
What is your geographic location? Indiana
What was the last thing you were doing in-game, and where were you in-game? No haven't been able to login at all
When was the first time you got kicked from the game, and have you been able to get in and play since then? No still unable to play getting error 301
Have you created a ticket with Customer Support? Yes and I tried everything they said to do and still unable to play.

First time kicked from the game - I get kicked to the PS menu once or twice daily AT LEAST.
Have not created a ticket with customer support

I continue to get kicked entirely out of the game 1-3 times per day. But lately, when logging out from one character and logging back in, the character won't load and I get a server error and booted back to the title screen. Sometimes I can load in that character after this occurs, and sometimes it happens again and again, to the point where I just continue trying to load a different character until I can get it to load up.

I will try later on and see if your fixes helped or not.

All characters good to go... even ones that were stuck loaded into area, and able to get out of area via door/wayshrine. Fast travel also works to include warp to player

was working a bit for me today, though i didn't test much

was broken this morning (12 hours ago)

so it took (assuming it's fixed now)

72 hours (almost all of that the weekend) to fix the game.

So I take it the real tech support people have weekends off? About time it gets running, I hope you all learn from this and it doesn't happen again. Now I hope you all are brainstorming about how to get those affected some sort of compensation for time lost. 90+ hours of ESO+, hireling mail, and lost xp.

Was able to login with 3 characters & travel around, got booted once when hit load screen back 2 back within seconds.

Now how about some info on lost eso+ time, hirelings etc..

Can confirm that for the past hour and a half I haven't had any issues jumping around zones. Finished the last three harborage missions and slew the big man in that time. ZOS, mind telling us what you did right?

Despite the downtime since Friday I still love the game and hope it works soon.
Not able to check until I leave work.

However, I would like a Unicorn, it has to have a tail with a rainbow trail when it runs/walks.
Please check out the robot unicorn for Ipad for examples of what I would like to receive.

Seems to be working for me now. I can finally log onto my character that was stuck between zones and I was able to fast travel without being kicked.

I'm stuck in cyrodiil on my main(which is OK since I only PvP) but I would like to goto town to sell some stuff. But I can't leave PvP area using any form of transport

Edit. Haven't tried today since the (fix) so hopefully its good when I get home.
