Are there no 3600 CP templates on the PTS?

As per the title. Are there any 3600 CP templates on the PTS? I deleted a toon, created a new one from a template, and it only had 300 CP.

✭✭They are most likely not putting in the template for that many CP because they plan on implementing a cap on #CP with Imperial City release or soon after.

I wanted 3600 just to try out various things. They could have at least made it 360 CP's so we could test out the top tier passive in each constellation.0 -
