Are there no 3600 CP templates on the PTS?

As per the title. Are there any 3600 CP templates on the PTS? I deleted a toon, created a new one from a template, and it only had 300 CP.

    They are most likely not putting in the template for that many CP because they plan on implementing a cap on #CP with Imperial City release or soon after.

    Far too many characters to list any more.

    300 cp toons is probably not even the average for eso players with a real life, it would be ridiculous to offer 3600 cp imho

    I wanted 3600 just to try out various things. They could have at least made it 360 CP's so we could test out the top tier passive in each constellation.

    You had a ton of time to do this as they had templates with 3600 available on PTS until this update hit it. I would not want to see people running around with 3600 CP's in IC anyway, would just ruin testing like it did back when the template were made available when Update 6 hit PTS.

    3600 should never be put on again...how on earth can people test accurately if they are buffed to unrealistic amounts.3
