Seriously though. This is not me being salty at all. Like I said, I've successfully made it into IC every time, even killing gankers. I just don't get what the point of ganking entrances in PTS is unless you're purposefully just trying to give players who legitimately want to test a hard time. Especially with this update. We're supposed to be testing Imperial City. What are you going to report as bugged sitting outside a sewer grate?

It tests the dynamics of the overall PVP experience. That is a very important aspect in this release. If you watched the QA sesion you would have seen that there are a few changes that are being made mainly due how easy is to gank, zerg and escape ganking.

WHY? Because I can't buy a 1v1 on the PTS.
I can't test things in a 1 v 3 while getting smacking in the side of the face by a Ogrim.
Now, I don't sit and camp. The whole "ganking" process is maybe 5 minutes then done until next time.
If TTK was reduced to the point that dealing maximum damage is not enough to kill an opponent before my resources run out, then I have to adjust my build. I have to test that.
And now my new build I don't run out of resources but do I still have enough damage to outpace their healing? I have to test that.
Maybe I need to change up my armor allocation to survive longer fights. I have to test that.
......Etc etc etc....I have to test that.
Down in the sewers almost everyone is running groups of 3 or larger except 10 feet in front of their bases. Down in the sewers if you start to beat someone they go aggro 4 Zombies and a Harvester. Or you're already engaged in that side of the fight before they come hit you.

Aaaaaannnnnywayyy, I said I was unable to buy a 1v1. You're luck in finding 1v1 doesn't change mine. I've played the PTS every day since launch and had 2 fights total in all that time that didn't involve extra enemies or NPCs.
So I gank when I need to test something quick. Only a few times.
But honestly, based on your thread I really wish I could come camp your entrance right now. Just so I could soak up your righteous indignation.

At the moment it is quite important to find out things like exploitable camp spots,ways to farm like crazy with nor risk,ways in which you can completely lock access to zones without effort etc. If you think that something is very off you should report it.

Gotta love how this person calls Zenimax fan base/players pathetic. Hear that Zenimax people who bought and play your game are pathetic according to That ^^^ Guy. Positive contribution to making the game better if I've ever heard one.

Or maybe you can read closer how I said players not ESO fans but players as in the genereal purpose cause nearly all MMOs have these type of players who just have to grief cause they have nothing better to do but to ruin every one else good time on a online video game. I'm pretty sure that does make them a pathetic player and again as a player in general and not a ESO player.

Give it up, most people don't care one bit. Most of the gankers are too busy trying to find the next best gank spot or game exploit that will pad their pocket with Tel var stones. The only way this update will get adequate testing is for both PVP and No PVP test periods. This is the only way we would be able to test everything coming in the update. It isn't going to happen though and I'd say 75% of the bugs are going to go straight to the live server.....
