Allow multi-faction campaign home/guest for PTS

Please. This is ridiculous holding people to one faction on a test server. Most people play multiple factions and you're limiting them to only playing one faction/character.

    Would be great if that were possible for PTS, considering there's only one campaign. @ZOS_BrianWheeler, is that possible?

    Not sure where the other thread on this is, but I absolutely agree. If you play multiple factions like many of us do, it means you can only test out some of your builds, rather than all of them.

    I have:
    Aldmeri Dominion - v14 (now v15) Sorcerer Healer, level 18 Nightblade Healer
    Daggerfall Covenant - v6 Templar Healer, level 19 Dragonknight Healer
    Ebonheart Pact - v9 Dragonknight Healer, level 27 Nightblade DPS

    It would be useful to be able to test out all of my Veteran characters in PvP and in the Imperial City!

    One of my Guild Officers went into the Imperial City Sewers with her EP Templar and now she can't join our AD characters in exploring the Sewers.
    Guildmaster of the UESP Guild on the North American PC/Mac Server 2350+ CP & also found on the European PC/Mac Server 1700+ CP

    These characters are on both servers:
    Alix de Feu - Breton Templar Healer level 50
    Brings-His-Own-Forest - Argonian Warden Healer level 50
    Hrodulf Bearpaw - Nord Warden Bear Friend & identical twin of Bjornolfr level 50
    Jadisa al-Belkarth - Redguard Arcanist Damage Dealer level 50

    NA-only characters:
    Martin Draconis - Imperial Sorceror Healer (Aldmeri Dominion) level 50
    Arzhela Petit - Breton Dragonknight Healer (Daggerfall Covenant) level 50
    Bjornolfr Steel-Shaper - Nord Dragonknight Crafter (Ebonheart Pact) level 50 EAGERLY AWAITING HIS BEAR
    Verandis Bloodraven - Altmer Nightblade Healer & clone of Count Verandis Ravenwatch (Aldmeri Dominion) level 50
    Gethin Oakrun - Bosmer Nightblade Thief (Ebonheart Pact) level 50
