Camo Hunter - 2.5s Cooldown? Why - Then it is not 15% Chance on undead anymore....

Camo Hunter has a 15% chance to hit on undead, BUT if you add a 2.5s cooldown then that chance is pretty useless.....
why ZOS? My build was set up with DoTs to help proc Camo....now i can ditch it in the river and find smth new :dizzy:

    evil/camo hunter should NEVER proc on humans, this is asinine in pvp where burst kills are already enough of a headache... if you've been paying attention on the PTS, you'll notice that instant pvp burst kills still happen quite often even if sustained dps has been nerfed into the gutter

    on live, some NB hit my human imperial with an 8k evil hunter and 12k surprise attack while the break free animation was playing before it allowed me to regain control of my character... combos like this will still be taking out more than half a player's health in pvp even with the 2.1 damage nerf

    Simply because if you time it right you can set off 3 Camo Hits at once.

    Because getting hit by a Biting Jabs that procs multiple Burning Lights and multiple Evil/Camo Hunters in a single skill press is lolzy

    (there are other examples, but this is the big Templar one I could think of)

    Uh vampires don't count as humans they count as undead and not even in TES lore any story about vampires there consider undead.

    Even if it gets a 2.5s cooldown I'll still run it for the crit chance as I run dark cloak. I can still '1 shot' bad players in 2.1 just as I can in live without it. Once you can crit shields I'll be dropping all those 2.1 shield spammers. Then you'll be crying about the next thing until we are playing hko.
    This recent update has made me sad. Sad for the game. Sad for the community. Sad to pay whatever it is now. I want the previous eso back.

So I don't see the need for this additional nerf. Seems a bit overkill to me just to nerf one build that wasnt even that strong. Basically reduce stamplar dps by 25% when the only fighs they really excelled in were undead fights.

    That is prolly the case, instead of trying to fix Camo and maybe only make it work on MELEE attacks or whatsoever, they just think its best to put a freaking cooldown in which completely eliminates the purpose of 4/15% chance of activating it...

    Making it Melee attack only would eliminate OP snipe combos with the chance to proc Camo..

    Waah, a bow user killed me zenimax, nerf them.

    Your logic can be used to justify removing stacking of everything. I have a bow using nightblade and my Concealed weapon/ambush from stealth will proc camo hunter as well and still do more damage than my bow and until Sharpened maces are fixed that's the vastly bigger problem.

    I'm okay with a cooldown but then the % chance needs an increase.
