I do see your logic though. But instead of changing the setting on another knob or dial how about we start with scaling back to 40% damage reduction and go from there.

I think the bottom line is that you can't really change damage and healing and not touch regen without it breaking the system. Regen gets stronger if you weaken damage and healing without touching it.
