It's a bit too slow. Both my Stam and Mag NB's can just cc break and heal through burst ( I use the term burst loosely)
I agree with the poster above that it needs to be backed up a bit. I'd say 10-15%.
I have had too many fights where people just don't die and both just give up and leave. That's not really fun if you ask me.
I suppose it's great for the people who don't have good reaction times and all.

It's what some people are calling the 2.1 build.Where are you playing the 1.7 build? Was this some unreleased build in between 1.6 and 2.0 that I am missing? Why the [snip] is everyone talking about 1.7.
Thank you ZOS for listening to this... DMG is at a sweet spot in PVP right now. This game isnt going to be balanced for 1v1 so ppl complaining about that are just mad they cant 1 shot ppl anymore.
Keep dmg this way ZOS and it will be perfect!

I'd drop it from 50% total reduction down to 40% - combined with the weapon/spell damage that would probably be about right. I'd also like to see base regen rates take a hit in PvP so never-ending battles occur less likely.
The real test is against the outlier build. Are DK tanks basically impossible to kill? They are ridiculous in live where a good DK tank can run around a rock forever against 7+ guys. I cannot imagine what those builds will do with some of the new gear. Templar Tanks are even worse now.
Now if they tweak CC to last longer or demand more stamina to break maybe that will offset these uber tanks but man you are changing a lot of things at that point.
This is going to take a lot of tweaking...
I completely agree on the sorc shield stacking needs nerf. They're almost unkillable in IC.

There's a HUGE problem with nerfing regen (or anything else) for PvP now, thanks to the Imperial City. What are we supposed to do when we're trying to take out a roaming Daedra boss in the sewers? Just run out of magicka and die so PvP guys can have shorter fights?
