The live servers work perfectly fine and I haven't crashed in months. The rest of the PTS works just fine and I don't crash. But, as soon as I step into the Imperial City, crash after crash after crash.
I've crashed, and submitted the report, 50 times just today. I'm trying to get the hell out of there, and I don't even have time to type in /stuck before it crashes again. I guess I'm just going to have to wait it to kick me out of Cyrodiil and spawn me in another zone.
I bet you guys are quite literally receiving crash reports from the PTS every single second 24 hours a day.

PC. I know it's not my system because the live servers work perfectly, and every other zone in the PTS works perfectly with no crashes. It's just the Imperial City.0 -

You won't get any new PvP players until this archaic AoE crap is fixed.
I for one won't resub until:
1.) You fix lag.
2.) You remove AOE caps we voted against.

snowmanflvb14_ESO✭✭✭✭Ok I was having the same issues crashing every 23-5 minutes inside IC as did another Guildmate. A second guildmate with us did not crash once. I turned off all my add-ons stayed in for another 30 minutes no crashing. Will work on testing some more tonight to see if it is infact do to an add-onMagic is impressive but now Minsc leads SWORDS FOR EVERYONE!!0

Hey Gina aside from crashing several times today (and last night) I wanted to let you know after loading into the game players are jet black like a shadow. This lasts for maybe a second or so and then their color/textures load. Not sure if this is related to any of the crashing but it happens anytime I log in or when I hop around via mundus. I hope this is not another Nvidia related issue (970 gtx here).I got killed in pvp, nerf everything...0 -

I have the same issue. Frequent crashes in Elven Gardens, Arena and Temple District. (By frequent I mean every 5-10 seconds, and when I log back in to my dead corpse after crashing, I immediately crash, again, so there is not enough time to type /stuck or otherwise exit the district)
In Arboretum, Hyboreum Hyangea and Noble District, I was able to play for as long as 10-20 minutes without crashing.
Several friends in my guild were able to play in Imperial City without crashing constantly - they all seemed to have much better computers.
(In case it helps, I'm playing on an old laptop with 1GB AMD 5830 mobility graphics, 16GB RAM, i7-820QM CPU, dual SSD in Raid0, tried playing on lowest possible settings, with resolution reduced down to 800x480 and no add-ons, but still crashes constantly)

Welcome to PTS testing (i.e. Testing content that is not ready for live)

That's because add-ons aren't the core problem They are just the scapegoat that ZOS uses to blame the players for their own failures. I played without add-ons period and still crashed everytime I logged into the Imperial City.

You aren't QA. You're a play tester. This should have been found in QA and this build should have never made it to the play testing. It's difficult to play test a build when it's crashing all the time.1 -
