Do you ? 7 even ? But your armor doesn't get damaged by playersBut if you play in the villages, or in cracked wood cave, this trait is glorious. While my non-sturdy armor pieces are broken, my sturdy pieces still have 30% durability or so.

I am curious if/how this has changed since the patch notes outlined a large number of mob skill changes in the Imperial City patch. Currently working through a mountain of things to test and play with in general... easier ones like whether Resistant had been fixed (the Champion passive that reduces incoming crit damage, but previously was bugged and reduced incoming critical healing from yourself and friends as well... it seems to be fixed now), to the more complex.
Anyone who use(d) nirn to get abnormaly high spellresistance on live as it is now should get a smack on their but, hugging a bug to get ahead, shame on you.
Ah just had to get it off my chest:)
Nirnhoned is bugged, let's abuse it to no end. And after that they seem upset that it is brought in line with other armor traits.

How about a tweaking things a little at a time instead of just summarily making things useless!
Not really. The old debuff is not direct damage debuff, but e.g. spell damage debuff. Actual damage debuff is less. Now it eats away one cast, and losing one cast in ten seconds is significant dps reduction and resource loss. Weapon swap every ten seconds is also a dps loss. There are many nb buffs at 20 second timer, and this one should be at least that long to allow some consistency.Attorneyatlawl wrote: »Elijah_Crow wrote: »What happened to incremental changes? Siphoning Attacks got buffed substantially, overall, actually. I would like to see the value scale with max stats, though. It's no longer a toggle and no longer has any damage penalty, so you can hit it on your offbar then swap right back to lay down twisting path with its long duration, 0.5s aoe tick rate, or other aoe's from weapon lines, multi-hit skills like crushing shock/force pulse, or rapid strikes/dizzying flurry in dual wield (6 hits + 1 light swing = 7 hits in about 1.2 seconds total, with a 7m range... 10% chance for each individual hit for the proc), caltrops, blockade of elements, etc. In practical use it's a major improvement.
