First XBL is down, now ESO NA server?

I waited for 3.5 hours for XBL core services to be restored, only to find the NA megaserver is now apparently not accepting connections?

Either way, I'm paying 'em for ESO Plus, and I paid for the game, so I'm going to complain a bit.
