ZoS, Stop letting the exploiters walk all over you, and the community, they are getting away with things they shouldn't be. Make an example of those exploiting and ban them, just like the bots. If you don't put your foot down now, more and more people will abuse the exploits because they know you'll do nothing and they will ruin the game and experience for tons of people.
IC will be ruined completely if those in question are not resolved. Doesnt matter if they ban the people abusing it, but if they do NOTHING to stop the exploits then IC will turn into a "who can use it better" situation and anyone not using them will be free TV stones. Just wait, it will happen lol if it doesnt happen then they fixed how the exploits worked and my faith in ZoS will have been restored! LET ME SEE THEM PATCH NOTES lol
I mentioned this in another thread, but it's relevant here as well. When PTS launches IC, Why not attempt to duplicate some of these bugs on the PTS. If they're still in, is there no reason it shouldn't be discussed (in the appropriate places) and shared in detail for others to attempt to verify?
I'm not sure if this is a gray area or not, but keeping it strictly relevant to PTS while encouraging other users to attempt the same bugs for consistency reasons is the entire purpose of the PTS, right?

Because players only have speculation as to how they achieve it @JTorus

But the dev's *do* know how they do it, they have to at this point. So yeah, the specific issue of those individuals might be less easy to openly discuss in debugging and testing terms on a PTS thread, but some of the other more known bugs/exploits are more accessible to everyone.
As for those individuals who must not be named, speculation revolves around sets, items, and abilities. I think the patch notes will cover some set changes, if not, fine, but why can't ZOS set up special vendors in the PTS that will issue any and all gear (including the new stuff) at zero cost. Everything should be available for testing, to all players. Maybe to try out some of that speculation and see just where it goes.
The overload 3rd skill bar isn't an exploit. Hopefully people know that..
For the record, lag and bugs are something to concern yourself with way more than the actions of an alleged four.
Consider the current lag in cyrodiil, now imagine a smaller area with even more people doing the same thing.

@JTorus if they did it would of been fixed by now. This has been a issue since day 1 sadly. Any attempt at making it known results in moderation of thread or closed thread

The first one is nowhere near as game breaking as the second as it gives a slight advantage but doesn't make you unkillable by any stretch. The second one is the killer for me. Any ideas on how they're doing it as I personally have reported them on multiple occasions and got emails back saying they're being investigated but they stay in game? It seems bizarre but ZOS have investigated but yet these two still aren't banned which leads me to think that maybe there its an unusual and very little known but legit build as otherwise they would have been banned by now.
