Well, if you want an endgame PvP Stamina hybrid Templar build, I have one to share.

But if you just want a pure PvE endgame Stamina build, I have that too.

I have been at VR14 for 8 months; I've forgotten what it was like levelling, so cannot help you there.

My templar is magika / heath - healer / tank / dps
I have seen the morphs just too many cons noy enough pros for me to make a sta build templar.

Low level stamina builds are screwed a bit in the beginning, because all the skills start out being magicka based.

Here is what you do, get someone to craft you a Hundings Rage 5 armor parts, Ashen Grip 2 armor parts and weapons. Medium armor, not heavy or light.

Wear divine trait on all your armor pieces, wear precise or sharpened on weapon pieces.
Have The Tower as your mundus stone to increase your maximum stamina.

Skills to focus on:

Aedric Spear skill line:
Puncturing Strikes = morph it to Biting Jabs (the stamina based morph)
Piercing Javelin = morph it to Blinding Javelin (the stamina based morph)

Restoring Light skill line:
Rushed Ceremony = morph it to Breath of Life (magicka based, it will be your "I AM DOOMED"-moment rescue button)

That should actually be enough for you to survive for a while, till you get a better hang of the game. Do slot other skills too, those are just the basics of what you can work around with, quest with and get further into the game with.
