Guild Trader display bug becoming a common issue for guilds.

More and more often lately, when a trading guild successfully bids on a new location, the NPC does not display the Guild's tabard or name.
This is the trader our guild acquired this week. This screenshot was taken more than 24 hours after we won the bid:
This is becoming a very common bug. Trading Guilds pay A LOT of gold for these locations, it would be nice if guild names and colors were displayed properly. Please address this.
EDIT: This also makes the already challenging feat of finding an available trader after bids process even more challenging and frustrating. Because all these bugged traders appear to be open stalls until you click on them.

✭✭So now it's Wednesday and this bug is still active. Some response or even some form of acknowledgement would be nice. Is this the wrong forum for this?
There isn't a bug report forum, only General Help and Tech support.

ZOS QA is a whim of Sheogorath(read myth)...either that or his cheese is doing the testing

General- Fixed an issue where guild traders were not displaying the hiring guild's name or heraldry immediately after being hired.

This isn't fixed on PSN. We've been having problems like this for the last three bidding rounds and it's becoming a HUGE problem for our Guild. Third week running we lost our bid.
The first week we got outbid, apparently, by a Guild who didn't even put half as much on the trader as we did.
This system really isn't working.
It's actually causing a lot of my Guild members to become frustrated with the game and I see more and more people not playing because of it.
