ZOS, you should patch this stuff, waiting until the next big update (whenever that is) is hurting your player base.

Since I've heard about the mace armor penetration but not quite understood it, can I ask what is wrong with it?
I do notice that I take huge hits no matter what armor I'm wearing (heavy vs. light), but I'd love to know the numbers behind it.
No numbers but you propably noticed that many people have dual wielded maces? I think we all understand that bugs like this are inevitable. MMO's are complex.
Why does it take so incredibly long to fix them?

That's a mighty large accusation from someone on an online forum who doesn't have any knowledge of any ongoings internally at ZOS.
meanwhile, people in nirn can get 32.5 sp resist after debuffs and max player spell pen. clearly game is working as intended.

If you are stamina and not exploiting nirnhoned, you'll go right down to these things bypassing dodge. The flip side is that nirnhoned makes magicka damage pathetic. They both need fixed at the same time.
