to have bugs and unintended balance issues taken care of so very quickly.....

such as nirnhoned armor making magicka useless and melee spells going through dodge. Maces that make heavy armor meaningless, and players getting stuck after they charge.

ZOS, you should patch this stuff, waiting until the next big update (whenever that is) is hurting your player base.

I love this game, I hate that issues get put off for months.

    I was amazed they finally fixed outpost doors, I think we should all give them a round of applause for that. I'm just going to have to leap in the old fashion way...and find a tall rock >.>

    I agree -- it's mystifying. How does it take three to six months to fix simple stuff like this? And these should be simple. The mace armor penetration thing is obviously a bug. The other issues are also clearly not working as intended, and none need to be at all complicated to fix. They're a matter of changing a couple numbers in a database. That takes six months?

    The charge thing may be more complex. But the others make me wonder if ZOS is severely resource constrained. The alternative explanations are less charitable.

    There is no excuse for the delay in fixing Nirnhoned and Armor Pen.

    Just last night I got the group leader bug, AGAIN.

    Who is the idiot that is submitting all this feedback about audio needing fixes?

    I do notice that I take huge hits no matter what armor I'm wearing (heavy vs. light), but I'd love to know the numbers behind it.

    You can get upwards of 30,000 armour penetration when dual wielding maces.

    meanwhile, people in nirn can get 32.5 sp resist after debuffs and max player spell pen. clearly game is working as intended.

    No numbers but you propably noticed that many people have dual wielded maces? Well seems that each mace with sharpened trait counts as 2 handed weapon so having 2 of them makes heavy armour er... not so heavy?

    Exactly. Adding new content is one thing but inability to fix numerous bugs that linger for months is something completely different.

    Fixing actual bugs requires a lot more man power.
    On the other hand... updating audio does not require too much effort - any intern with headphones and an i-pad can go outside recording all those lovely nature sounds during lunch break.
    Or come up with a few new tunes (as in *beep*, *bash*, *cling*, most certainly not expecting any Vivaldi's here) in his mom's basement...
    Then put out one big ass patch and everyone is in awe about all the new sound polishing and stuff. Mostly useless. But bright and shiny nonetheless.

    I haven't gone into pvp, but I've noticed that the game is much more responsive, and the audio desynchs drove me nuts.

    Because we don't know how deep the bugs go and what would be required to fix them. We don't know how much code or other changes need to implemented for a bug to be fixed.

    Given the current state of the game I don't think ZOS knows what's going on internally at ZOS.

    They have specifically stated that Nirnhoned is working as they intended it to work. It is a balance issue, just like old ultimate regeneration and 0-4 ultimate bats.

    I jsut don't understand why having a balance discussion is out of the question when it's pretty evident this isn't really working out ideally. i get that it's working as 'implemented'(nirn) versus phys pen (broken), but regardless of the comparison, nirn is ruining build diversity.

    If you are stamina and not exploiting nirnhoned, you'll go right down to these things bypassing dodge. The flip side is that nirnhoned makes magicka damage pathetic. They both need fixed at the same time.

    expect halfway patch, fixing only half things out of that half :) - as per every patch of zos = release patch + break more things then fix = be happy! :)
