Not really. The list wouldn't track your own interactions with stores, but rather be a server-wide information about stores and their owners, automatically updating every week after winning bids. It would be long, but just sort it alphabetically and you could quickly find the name of the guild you're interested in.nerevarine1138 wrote: »orangeberry4 wrote: »yea I guess I was talking about not being to find a specific guild store that's all I would love to have a menu that keeps track off all the stores that I visited or something to that nature.
I don't know that a list like that would be too helpful, since the stores you visit will change owners from week to week. I could see maybe changing the map icons to display guild names, but any other kind of list would be pretty hard to navigate.
Even then, most of the traders not in cities are quite near wayshrines anyway.Doesn't take all that long to wayshrine around. However, I feel sorry for the traders not in the main cities. It gives the whole map a little atmosphere but it would have been better to put them all in the main city.
Looking at the guild store interface, I don't think ZOS can handle so many filters... Maybe let's just keep it at guild name and location to be safe.I think a central, server-wide list would work. You could have the option of sorting by "Guild Name", "Trader Name", or "Location", as well as filtering out by Zone or the guild's Alliance affiliation. Location would name the Guild Kiosk the trader is located at, as well as the Zone or Settlement the Kiosk is in.Doesn't take all that long to wayshrine around. There are guild stores not in cities??

Example, sorted by Guild Name [the default] (apologies to any guilds whose names I use at random):
[Alliance Icon] Guild Name -- Guild Trader -- Location
[AD] AwesomeGuild -- Fred the Trader -- Sentinel (Alik'r Desert), The Crown's Coster
[EP] Dragonstar Trading -- Nishani-la -- Coldharbour, Cart of Contempt
[EP] East Empire Company -- Melisi Tavrel -- Mournhold (Deshaan), Mourner's Market
[DC] Imperial Trades -- Walks-In-Leaves -- Elden Root (Grahtwood), Trunkshade Traders
[AD] Market Guild -- Panersewen -- Auridon, North Road Exchange
[EP] UESP -- Telvon Arobar -- Deshaan, Arobar's Arch
[DC] Vincimus Thronum -- Emuin -- Stormhold (Rivenspire), The Stormhold Exchange
Guild Kiosk names should also be put on the map, as all other vendor icons have store names on the map, instead of just calling them all "Guild Traders".

This makes way way way too much sense to actually make it into the game.
Not to mention you will be ruining someones 'mersion...

You're throwing the immersion argument in now at a comment I made in October? If you must, I guess. Anyway, such a system could be introduced in a way that's entirely "immersive". All Guild Traders in the game are members of the same faction; I think it's the Gold Coast Trading Company. All you would need to do is put in the Company's manager as an NPC and ask to see his ledger for the week. Voila, a list of all Guild Traders in his employ, who they are hired out to, and where their Kiosk is located.
Maybe so, as that seems to be "the reason" players give every time for ZOS not doing something that would assist gameplay by adding to the UI. In this instance however, the immersion argument does not stand as it could easily be an in-world system. (Buff trackers, on the other hand, are harder to justify immersively.)Drakk89815 wrote: »I think he was being sarcastic.......You're throwing the immersion argument in now at a comment I made in October? I did. And that argument really grates in the instances when it's entirely unfounded. But if someone came here with that sincere opinion, or if ZOS were looking for a way to implement it in an immersive way, I have given a suggestion. Please just read my signature...that should make it obvious...Maybe so, as that seems to be "the reason" players give every time for ZOS not doing something that would assist gameplay by adding to the UI.
