I wonder if starting a guild for low level players would be a good idea? I'm happy to do it if anyone is interested in guiding me. I could use some friends on the PS4 of TESO (none of my PS4 friends play TESO - it's so lonely!) so at least I could try some MMO. I've got to do that 4 person quest to join the Unfettered, or hindered or whatever - you know the mercenary/adventurer guild and am rapidly coming up on the level 12 to do it, but am unsure about making a group since I've never done it before.
It feels that way when you are starting out. It does get better, though. Particularly once you've leveled crafting and can vendor pretty much all drops.
I have found this exact problem.
On top of the 10k I spent on a mount I've had to spend around 12k on bag and bank upgrades which is far too expensive if you ask me considering the money you get for items, unless it has a extra 280% to merchants trait on it, is absolutely nothing even if it's a rare item.
I got a yellow staff the other day and sold it to a merchant for 44coins... it's pathetic really.
I could join a large guild but I don't see why I should be forced to join a guild with hundreds of people I don't even know in person, it weirds me out thinking for all I know these people could have been to prison for serious criminal charges for all I know and I wouldn't even know.
I currently have an 80 slot bank, the next upgrade is 6.6k, and my bank currently consists of 42 different provisioning items because I get the same recipes over and over again, but I can't bring myself to throw the items or sell them for 1 gold each just in case I find a recipe that requires them.
These same provisions... such as an apple, cost 150 each from a Grocer in game. Ridiculous economy if you ask me.

You really shouldn't be selling yellow items to merchants. Even if it is a crap item, the real value comes from breaking it down with crafting skill and reselling the tempers.

^This. Once you start vendoring everything and can maybe even harvest your own mats and craft our own stuff - life becomes easier. I found about level 45-VR2 I started to feel like I actually had cash, and wasn't constantly "saving up" for something.
While at lower levels the best way to get gold is to sell raw materials. Or you can refine them and sell the improvement items from them as well. On PC raw materials can sell as high as 3k for a stack of 100-200 if not more. Keep and use the green/blue items you get and sell everything else to vendors. Your gold will add up pretty quickly.
Don't you have to be invited?dabulls7491 wrote: »Join a trade guild or 5, most just want 500 members they dont care about your level. Buy and sell items when the price is low in one guild and high in another. Ive made 200k and im only level 29. Its not that hard...
At the bank, yes? I understand all of your characters will have access to it there. Am I wrong?create 4 characters in all professions play them up to level 10 don't spend any money just make it sell all the gear of the three you don't like and consolidate all the gold on the class you like the best and play that one. You should have about 30k to start with. You can go back and play the others later or delete but good to keep the three as bank slots for your main.

Yes, but go to the guild recruitment page for your console and then drop off your PSN/Xbox tag in several popular trading guild recruiting posts. You will get invited quickly.

Me, all I want is to be able to max out my backpack and my bank. That's all I need. What am I going to do with all the extra coins?WillhelmBlack wrote: »Does it bother you? It's not real money. The most I've ever had in my inventory is about 65,000, that's not a lot to some players but it bought me what I needed as I just couldn't be bothered farming the item I wanted.
