Missing quest on old character for Bleakrock

Short version: Tried to take a really old character back to Bleakrock to finish it, main quest for island not in quest log, can't seem to find where to pick it up.

The main quest for the island starts outside the house you spawn in, there's an NPC standing by the fountain (I think it's a fountain).

This is the text from the first stage:

This is the first quest you do for Bleakrock. It can be started by speaking with Riurk in Davons Watch.

After speaking with you, head to the docks and talk with Liezl to gain access to Bleakrock. After arriving, head into town and go inside the main hall to find Captain Rena, whom after a brief conversation will send you to one of three places, of your choosing. Leave the town and make you way to the marker until you are approached by Darj the Hunter. Speak to him to complete the quest.

I agree. Unfortunately, I had apparently already made it to Bleakrock last spring as the only quest in the log is "Under Foot". I had tried going back to the starter house in Davon's Watch anyway when I realized the main quest was missing just in case but the old man will only tell you to leave him alone.

UPDATE: I left this alone for a few days since I have other characters. I had already run around the village and just outside, and last spring I had apparently done the quest with Deathclaw. I figured, well, I'll just go and do quests since I know where they are located even if the primary quest is missing. Did the one at the barrow and it automatically gave me the "Missing of Bleakrock" quest. So if this happens to anyone else just head there and do that quest. Thanks @KerinKor for your efforts at assisting me
