I posted in the Werewolf/Vamp Bite thread and noticed that it's gotten a high volume of people asking.
At this point I've decided to try and do it on my own (sometime this weekend).
Is it really that hard? What seems to be the issue?

People camping the were wolf and vampire spawns so they can kill them and force you to buy a bite from them.. Then scamming you out of your gold.. It isn't against the rules. Welcome to elder scams online2 -

izenkim_ESO✭✭✭On the weekend, even if everyone at the spawn just wanted a bite, it would still fall before most people could get one. Right now it's so crazy that it goes beyond griefers and scammers. It spawns, people want it to attack them, they attack it to get its attention, everyone else does the same *poof* its gone.
I realized when I saw a massive group of under level 25 characters decimate a level 40 troll that it was pure folly to try to get a bite. Between those that want it, those that want to prevent you from getting it, and achievement hunters... I wish you all the luck in the world.1 -

You're right, the weekend(s) might be the worst time to do it. I haven't gotten to any locations yet but when I do it may just be on off-peak hours.

I'm dishonest, and a dishonest man you can always trust to be dishonest. Honestly. It's the honest ones you want to watch out for, because you can never predict when they're going to do something incredibly... stupid.

Initially, I wanted to go Vamp due to the passives you get for Magicka Regen and what not.
It seemed as if Vampires were just as powerful as they were in Skyrim.
Werewolf is cool but you only get access to it's passives and abilities while in Werewolf form.
It looks like a lot of fun to run around and eat people.
